The subscription is taken out in the app, with payment handled by the payment processor: credit card and Pix. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the rate then in force, until you cancel — and cancellation is in your own dashboard, at any time.

All three periods give exactly the same access: every function of the system works the same in any of them.
What it costs per collection
The subscription is a flat amount per period, so the cost per collection falls with every collection you run. The arithmetic below is the plain division of the equivalent monthly amount.

This arithmetic sizes a fixed cost, and only that: how many collections fit your routine, what your hour is worth and what you charge for a session are your decisions.
Everything the system does today is in the plan
A single level of access, the same for everyone: the 14 sections, the integrative reading written by artificial intelligence, remote collection, comparison between collections and the exports. As many data collections as you run come in at the same price for the period.
- All 14 report sections, from Progress Since the Last Analysis to Genetic References — a structured body of information to support the practitioner's analysis in every session.
- About 1,045 indicators scored per data collection when the person being assessed is male, and about 1,052 when female. The full catalog holds 1,075 items; the difference is the items of sex-specific anatomy, scored only in the corresponding sex.
- The margin of the data collection itself, printed on every report. The minimum detectable change separates what is real change from what is recording variation, and the report states how much of the reading was usable.
- The integrative reading written by artificial intelligence, in 11 sections, ending in Synthesis and Central Hypothesis and in 6 to 8 numbered recommendations — the time you used to spend writing goes back into the session.
- Comparison between collections: the “Compare collections” screen and the “Progress Since the Last Analysis” section, item by item — follow-up becomes a reason to come back, rather than one more one-off session.
- Work with people who live far away. You generate the link, the person records from home and the collection lands in the same practice record — with no trip to your room. The link is valid for 7 days and accepts up to 3 submissions.
- Two CSV exports: “Comprehensive Report” and “Vital Report”, plus PDF printing from the browser itself — the document leaves the system in whichever format your routine asks for.
- Three languages — Portuguese, Spanish and English — including the text written by artificial intelligence. The collection pages opened by the person being assessed and the legal documents are in Portuguese only.
- The 1 to 9 scale, with 5 at balance, the same across the fourteen sections — the practitioner finds the same reading logic in all of them and follows the change from one collection to the next.
Keep the AI reading at the end of the collection. The section scores stay saved and are what feeds the comparison between collections; the text written by artificial intelligence is generated at the moment of collection and lives on that screen, so export or print it before you leave.

Add-on: Diathesis Questionnaire
A biological terrain questionnaire, bought outside the plan. It is for those who work with diatheses and want the totals calculated without a spreadsheet.
What it is
It is 133 questions in 19 sections, split into two blocks: General Assessment, with 32 questions, and Organs and Systems, with 101. The system adds the answers up into nine columns — Diathesis I (Mn), II (MnCu), III (MnCo) and IV (CuAuAg); the supporting elements I, S and Zn; and the maladaptation syndromes ZnCu and ZnNiCo.
- Suggested trace elements. A separate column, visible only to you, kept outside the diathesis scoring.
- Nine of the 133 questions are pure context, on purpose: they are there for what the answer adds to your reading, and the total is calculated over the other 124.
- The totals stay on your side. The person being assessed answers; the reading is yours.
- Filled in by you or through a link. The link sent to the person being assessed is valid for 30 days.
- Version history. Every change to the questionnaire is recorded in the database.
What it costs
- Monthly — R$ 19.90 per month.
- Six-month — R$ 97.00 every six months, equivalent to R$ 16.17 per month.
- Annual — R$ 147.00 per year, equivalent to R$ 12.25 per month.
The add-on goes with an active plan. It is taken out together with the main subscription and ends with it — if you cancel the plan, the Diathesis Questionnaire ends on the same day your access ends.
You are not subscribing to a report. You are subscribing to the follow-up.
A one-off collection produces information. It is the second that starts producing context, and the third that turns into follow-up. That is why the price is per period and not per document: what the plan buys is the structure that stores, compares and carries the case forward.
Inside the period sits everything the system does — the fourteen sections, the integrative reading, remote collection by link, comparison between collections, the CSV and PDF exports, the three languages and as many collections as you run. There is a single access level: nothing is held back for a higher plan.

What you see before you pay
The finished product is open on this site, freely accessible: the whole report, the scope of what each section delivers and the path of the data collection inside the session. That is what takes the place of an evaluation period — you decide with the document in hand, not with a promise.

The 283 organs, the 241 functionality items, the 210 foods, the 169 load and exposure indicators, the 109 nutritional items and the rest of the catalog, section by section.

How much of the session it takes, what the person being assessed does, what you have in hand at the end and how the next collection compares with this one. Published before the price.

Payment, renewal and cancellation
All the billing rules, in writing and before you sign up. The same terms are in the Terms of Use.
Right of withdrawal: 7 calendar days. Signing up over the internet counts as contracting away from business premises. Under article 49 of the Código de Defesa do Consumidor (CDC, Brazil's consumer protection code), you may withdraw within 7 calendar days of the signup date, with no need to give a reason. In that case the refund is full and goes back through the same payment method used in the purchase. Just ask in writing at suporte@biovoxis.com within the deadline.
Payment methods
Credit card and Pix. On a card, the renewal is charged on its own; on Pix, each period generates a new charge that reaches you to pay. We do not accept boleto or debit card: neither one supports recurring billing.
Payment is processed by a third party: the payment page is the processor's own, inside the PCI DSS SAQ A scope. The card stays entirely with them — Biovoxis has no card field, no column in the database and no entry in any log. Following the subscription, changing the card and cancelling all happen in your account dashboard.
Automatic renewal
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the rate then in force, until you cancel. Monthly renews every month, six-month every six months, annual every twelve. On a credit card the charge goes through on its own; on Pix, the next period's charge is issued on its own and you pay it.
The date and the amount of the next charge are visible in your account dashboard at any time.
Price changes
Any price change is announced in advance and applies only from the following period. You can cancel at no cost before the new amount takes effect, and a period already paid for keeps its price to the end.
Notice period we apply: 30 dias.
Cancellation
At any time, from your own Biovoxis dashboard, on the same screen where you follow the subscription — that is also where you change the card and resume a paused subscription. You cancel on your own, right then, with no penalty and no lock-in.
Access continues until the last day of the period already paid for; outside the withdrawal window, what you get is those days of use, rather than a pro-rata refund of them.
Failed payment
If a charge fails, there is a grace period of 7 calendar days during which you carry on with your practice as usual while you sort the payment out from your account dashboard.
Once it runs out, access is suspended. Your records, collections and reports stay intact and become available again as soon as the payment goes through.
Tax invoice
Information about the issuing of a tax invoice is given at the moment you sign up.
If you need that settled before subscribing — because you will book the expense in your practice's accounts, for example — ask at suporte@biovoxis.com and the answer comes in writing, before any payment.
Amounts. Every price on this page is in Brazilian reais (BRL), taxes included, with no setup fee and no installation cost. There is a single charge, the one for the period you choose: collections, registered people under care and generated reports are already inside it. The tax identifier of the contracting company, the address and the support channels are in the footer of this site and on the contact page.
Questions about billing
How do I cancel, in practice?
In your account dashboard, on the same screen where you follow the subscription. You cancel on your own, in a few clicks, with no penalty and with no reason to give. Access continues until the last day of the period already paid for, and the next renewal simply does not happen.
What happens to my records and my collections if I cancel?
Everything stays as it is on the day you cancel. At the end of the paid period access is closed and the records start following the retention policy: account and billing data for 5 anos, and other data after closure for 30 dias.
Before cancelling, export whatever you want to keep: the two CSV files and the PDF printout are available while access is active. About the audio, to be clear: the recording is processed and discarded at the end of processing, in the same session — what stays attached to the record of the person under care are the frequency data and the scores, and that is what goes into the export and follows the periods above. The detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Can I switch from monthly to annual, or the other way round?
The subscription is managed in your account dashboard, which is where a change of period is made when it is available for your case. If the option does not appear, talk to us before cancelling on your own — cancelling and resubscribing can cost you days already paid for, and a five-minute conversation sorts that out.
And if my card fails on renewal day?
You have 7 calendar days of grace and you carry on working during that time. It is time enough to update the card in the subscription portal and keep your schedule standing. If the deadline passes without payment, access is suspended — suspended, not deleted: records, collections and reports stay where they were.
How many people under care can I register?
There is, today, no documented per-plan limit, and this page stays with the fact rather than an invented number. If that is a deciding condition for you, ask before subscribing: the information is confirmed by our support team, in writing. Talk to us.
Is there a setup fee, an installation charge or mandatory training?
The amount for the period is the only amount the plan charges: it already covers setup, installation, collections and training. The only possible extra amount is the optional add-on Diathesis Questionnaire, taken out at your choice.
