How it works · the appointment and the document

What you do in an appointment, and what comes out of it

The person being assessed reads a passage aloud for around two minutes. You finish the appointment with a fourteen-section document to support your reading of the case, and with a record you can compare against at the next collection.

  • 14 sections in the report
  • ~1,045 indicators assessed
  • 11 sections of integrative reading
  • 6 to 8 numbered recommendations
  • 3 languages: PT · ES · EN

In the appointment

What a collection looks like, in three steps

It fits inside the appointment you already run today. The person being assessed reads, the analysis runs and the report lands in their record — ready for you to open and lead the reading right there.

The person being assessed reads aloud

Around two minutes of reading, in your practice or through a link opened at home. It is the length of a conversation, and they follow what is happening while they read.

The analysis runs

You watch the progress on screen and carry on with the appointment. Within a few minutes the document is assembled, with the fourteen sections and the integrative reading already written.

The report stays in the history

Each collection enters the record of the person under care with its date. At the next appointment it is there, ready to become a comparison — the follow-up starts on its own.

You are the one who registers the person under care and operates the system. In the language of the LGPD (Brazil's data protection law), you are the controller of that data and Biovoxis acts as the processor; the full split of roles is in the Privacy Policy.

The document

What comes in the report

Fourteen sections and around 1,045 indicators assessed per collection, drawn from a catalog of 1,075 items. Each block has a use in the appointment — what is described below is what you do with it.

Organs and Systems · 283

Twenty-one groups, from digestive organs to structures of the eye. It is the map that opens the conversation: you locate there the complaint that came up in the account and take the appointment on from that point.

Physical and Hormonal Functionality · 241

Twenty groups, from glycemic control to inflammation and oxidation. It tends to be the block that organizes your plan for the next thirty days.

Food Sensitivities · 210

Foods in eleven categories, grouped by family. An informational section, and the eating routine gets discussed with a list in front of you instead of from memory.

Load and Exposure Indicators · 169

Bacteria, fungi, viruses, parasites, metals and molds. It is where many appointments pick up the thread when the complaint that arrives is constant tiredness. An integrative reading, to be treated as a working hypothesis and never as confirmation that a substance or agent is present.

Nutritional Analysis · 109

Amino acids, minerals, vitamins, omegas, lipids and blood count. It gives your nutritional support recommendation a place in writing.

Muscles and Connective Tissue · 42

Seven groups, on the same scale as the other sections. Useful for anyone working with pain, posture and recovery from load.

Meridians · 14 · Chakras · 7

The language a good share of the people under care already bring with them, inside the same document as the other sections.

Genetic References · 363

Three hundred and sixty-three named conditions. An informational section based on references from the integrative catalog, to widen the conversation about family history.

Progress and Out-of-Range Indicators

The shortcut of the appointment: what fell outside the range and what changed since the previous collection come already separated out, at the top of the document.

Functional Assessment Result

The integrative reading comes already written

It is 11 fixed sections, written for another health professional, ending in Synthesis and Central Hypothesis and in 6 to 8 numbered recommendations, each one justified by the finding that prompted it. The time you used to spend writing goes back into the appointment.

The eleven sections

General Energy Profile · Digestive and Hepatic System · Cardiovascular and Circulatory · Nervous and Mental · Hormonal and Endocrine Balance · Immune · Nutrition and Metabolism · Toxic Load and Detoxification · Emotional and Energetic Aspects · Synthesis and Central Hypothesis · Integrative Recommendations.

  • Written at a colleague's level. You read it as a professional and pick what to use, instead of turning a table into prose.
  • Numbered recommendations, 6 to 8 of them. The plan from the appointment leaves your head and becomes a written list that organizes your follow-up — and whatever you decide to share goes out guided by you.
  • It comes out in the language of the interface — Portuguese, Spanish or English — which keeps the same support material when you work in another language.

Export or print before you leave the screen. The text of the integrative reading is produced at the moment of the collection and lives on the screen you are on. The scores, those are saved and come back in the next comparison.

Follow-up

The second collection is where the value shows up

From then on, the report opens with Progress since the last analysis, and the Compare collections screen puts two dates side by side, item by item. Follow-up becomes a reason to come back, instead of one more one-off appointment.

  • Item-by-item comparison between any pair of collections from the same person under care — the conversation for the return visit arrives at your desk ready-made.
  • Every report states the margin of its own measurement, the minimum detectable change of that collection: you know what is real change and what is variation from the recording.
  • The history stays in the record of the person under care, with every collection in order, ready for the next appointment.

Care at a distance

The person being assessed records at home

You generate a link and send it. They open it on a phone or a computer, read the consent form, record and submit. The link is valid for 7 days and accepts up to 3 submissions — you care for people who live far away while keeping the same record as an in-person appointment.

  • The collection lands straight in the record of the person under care, ready for you to open on the video call.
  • Three submissions within the 7 days give them room to try again unhurried, without having to contact you again.
  • The version of the consent form accepted is stored together with the collection, and your paperwork takes care of itself.
Optional add-on

Diathesis Questionnaire

It is 133 questions in 19 sections, with the totals per column and suggested trace elements. Filled in by you, with the person under care in front of you, or sent by link for them to answer before the appointment — and the appointment starts with the terrain already mapped.

  • 133 questions
  • 19 sections
  • 9 columns
  • suggested trace elements

Export

What leaves with you the same day

Each collection generates two CSV files and a PDF printout from the browser itself. They are ordinary formats that open in any spreadsheet — the data is yours and leaves the dashboard the moment you want it.

Comprehensive Report

Every assessed item, row by row, in CSV. It is the file for anyone who likes to build their own follow-up spreadsheet.

Vital Report

Only the out-of-range indicators, in CSV. It becomes the objective agenda for the appointment in a few seconds.

PDF printout

The complete document, ready to support your reading of the case and to be filed in the clinical record at the end of the appointment.

Three languages in the interface and in the report, two-factor authentication through an authenticator app, per-account isolation in the database and payment on the payment processor's own pages, with zero card data inside the system.

The scale

How to read the 1 to 9 scale

Each indicator gets a score. 5 is balance; below it the reading leans toward hypofunction, above it toward excess, and from 4 to 6 lies the physiological range. The same scale applies across the fourteen sections, so you find the same reading logic in all of them and recognize the format in every collection that follows.

It is simple enough to run through during the analysis — and it is what turns a long report into material you read quickly and compare without starting from scratch.

hypofunctionbalancehyperfunction

The score says where each indicator sits in relation to balance: it is a reading of use, describing whether the body appears to be making good use of what it has. See the scale in detail.
